Chloe is a long-standing Member of the Enspiral Network, founded in New Zealand. Over the past five and a half years developing this organisation she has become a specialist in purposeful community development, participatory process, collectively-intelligent decision-making and fostering collaborative culture. Her nickname in Enspiral was co-Chloe because doing things better together was so intrinsic in her approach to any endeavour.
She’s been involved in a huge variety of projects from creating music festivals, a crowdfunding platform for restoring waterways, helping municipalities with public consultation and sense-making using Loomio, working universities from across NZ and Australia to build a pop-up city out of waste, and catalysing the Ōtākaro Orchard project a food commons hub in Christchurch. She’s recently moved to Montreal where she’ll be working with Percolab.
